When I arrived at the Election Meeting, I found that my ballot, which had been mailed right after it was received by me, had not arrived. It appears that was the fate of many other ballots as well. Who knows how many... Something is VERY WRONG!!! Can this be investigated?
At the first executive session, Bill Apodaca moved to change the law firms--YES, the law firm that is handling the defense of HIS lawsuits against US- THE BPHOA. Not only is this a HUGE CONFLICT OF INTEREST, but Apodaca, when asked his reason for this by a fellow board member, replied that he didn't have to tell him. Not to mention the bad ethics here, this could cost us homeowners $20,000. or more for this new law firm to catch up. What can we do about this?
